Physiotherapy at our clinic, or at your home.
Treatment for back and neck pain, frozen shoulder, knee problems and recovery after surgery or illness. If getting to the clinic is difficult, we come to you.
Common reasons people come to us
Every case is assessed individually before any treatment plan is suggested. If physiotherapy is not the right answer for your problem, we will tell you so.
-
Back and neck pain
Lower back pain, cervical pain, stiffness from long hours of sitting, and pain that travels down the leg or arm.
-
Frozen shoulder
Shoulder stiffness and pain that makes dressing, reaching overhead or sleeping on that side difficult.
-
Knee and joint pain
Knee pain, difficulty climbing stairs, joint stiffness, and strengthening work to support movement.
-
Recovery after surgery
Structured rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery or a long illness, working gradually towards normal movement.
-
Mobility and balance
Help for older patients and those recovering from a long period in bed, to move more confidently and safely.
-
Posture and daily strain
Advice and exercises for pain that builds up from desk work, driving, or repeated strain at home or at work.
When coming to the clinic is hard, we come to you.
Some patients cannot travel easily. After a surgery, during a long recovery, or simply because moving is painful right now. Home physiotherapy removes that problem entirely.
- Treatment in your own home, at a fixed appointment time
- Suitable after surgery, after a hospital stay, or for older patients
- Family members can be shown simple exercises to continue between visits
Ask about a home visit
Tell us the area you live in and what the problem is. We will let you know whether a home visit is possible and what it involves.
Dr. Prageet Chaurasia
Sewa Physiotherapy Clinic & Home Care is a physiotherapy practice in Madan Mahal, Jabalpur, run by Dr. Prageet Chaurasia. Patients are seen at the clinic, and home visits are arranged where travelling is difficult.
Each patient is assessed before treatment begins, and the plan is explained in plain language so you know what is being done and why. Where exercises need to continue at home, those are shown to you and to the family member helping you.
The clinic holds a 5.0 rating on Google from 179 patient reviews.
What a first visit involves
An assessment of the problem, a discussion of what is causing it, and a treatment plan with a realistic idea of how long it may take.
You are welcome to bring any X-rays, MRI reports or prescriptions you already have. They help, but they are not required to book an appointment.

Before you come in
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book an appointment directly. If you already have a referral, X-rays or an MRI report, bring them along as they help with the assessment.
How do I book an appointment?
Call or send a WhatsApp message on 096303 53767 with your name, the problem you are facing and the area you live in. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm.
Which areas do you cover for home visits?
Home visits are arranged within Jabalpur. Tell us your locality when you call and we will confirm whether a visit is possible and at what time.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends entirely on the condition, how long you have had it and how the body responds. After the first assessment you will be given a realistic idea rather than a fixed promise.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that allows the affected area to be examined and moved easily.
